Charging System

The robot must be able to recharge automatically. Automating a hard electrical connection is a difficult problem. To work around this difficulty a Loosely Coupled Inductive Power Transfer (LCPT) System will be implemented to charge the battery on board the robot. This system will monitor the charge on the battery, determine when a charge is needed, relay that information to the BDB CPU, start and end the LCPT system to charge the battery, and thereby charge the battery.
